You can't outtrain doubt
It’s the silent prediction of your own failure that does the real damage…

Another shit race? WTF?
I addressed all my weakness’s in training this time and the prep was perfect, how can this be?
You thought you had all the answers and now all your left with is questions.
The stamp reads: Return to sender…
Once again you find you’re got the wrong fucking address on the package.
But hey wait, I’m sure I addressed it properly this time. This isn’t fair…..
And, f..k no…it’s not fair….buy it is what it is.
In between you and your goal is your loaded expectation and a reality that will not budge.
Which of those two do you think is going to crumble when the shit hits the fan?
So here’s some clarification for you…
You can address the physical requirements until the cows come home but if you go in there with unaddressed doubt, it’s going to sabotage your physical capacity.
It’s the silent prediction of your own failure that does the real damage…
Doubt is a feeling that perpetuates overthinking and rumination, and you’re trying to fight your way out of it physically and mentally.
Truth is;
What you fight, you become!
There are two intensions;
Your conscious intension…the goal.
Your unconscious intension…all the bulls..t you tell yourself about why you can’t do it.
And….where focus goes, energy flows.
A whole shit load of energy goes into unconscious intension for many, because they won’t look at it or acknowledge it. That’s not stoic strength…it’s pure weakness.
And….That makes the doubt attractive, not the goal.
You can’t overcome doubt with physical effort….you gotta tease that shit out…
What does it say? When does it say it? Get to know it intimately and you’ll release the hold the doubt and fear has over you.
Don’t argue with reality, you’ll lose!
Don’t argue with yourself over your potential, the mere argument is a silent capitulation.
If this hit home… the link’s in the work with me page.
