Because it’s about attitude not aptitude…
Many of us suffer from a virus called; give-up-itus.
Many dreams don’t die from a lack of talent, they don’t from hopelessness.
You don’t chase success, you attract it.
The attraction is in the energy you put out, if you are talking it down, you will teach yourself how to fall down. Find your meaning, small reminders help you survive the session, survive the week, survive the prep.
Remember the training is here to strengthen you. Not weaken you.
Watch your thoughts. If you feel like giving up, wake up, it’s a thought. Circle back to why you are here and what it means.
Anchor yourself to the ground under your feet and don’t let your own weak thinking turn the lion into a kitten.
Back yourself all the way, espically when you feel rough.
