The only way to step into your power is to let go of who you were pretending to be.



Your thoughts shape your reality.
If you don’t control your thoughts, they control your experience …. and then you blame the experience.


It’s never the experience. Never.


It’s the lens you’re looking through.
And if you’re looking through the lens of who you wish you were, you’ll never become who you want to be.


The only way to step into your power
is to let go of who you were pretending to be.


We’re all following this mad societal bollocks ….
trying to look like we’ve got our shit together.
But you don’t get your shit together
until your shit falls apart
and you finally come home to yourself.


We put idols on pedestals and miss the only real lesson they provide:
don’t try to be someone else.


That’s not best practice.
That’s choosing to be a follower instead of a leader.
If you want to be like them ….
be more like you.


Real growth is personal.


Overthinking happens when we don’t trust ourselves.
When we believe we don’t have what it takes.


So if you really have to overthink ….
overthink the positives.
